What we do
Pension Plan
Our Pension Plan is a cornerstone of the support we offer to physically disabled individuals. Recognizing the financial struggles many face, this plan provides a steady income that helps cover basic living expenses. Each month, we distribute between 500 to 1000 rupees to 60 individuals, assisting with daily necessities, medical costs, and other essential needs. This financial aid ensures that our beneficiaries can live with dignity and less dependence on others. Through the Pension Plan, HWRC Trust empowers individuals to focus on their well-being without the constant worry of financial instability.
Saphalyam Home Project
The Saphalyam Home Project is a dedicated residential facility that offers a safe, supportive environment for physically disabled individuals who lack adequate family support or housing. This project is more than just a shelter; it is a community where residents receive holistic care, including medical attention, physical rehabilitation, and emotional support. The Saphalyam Home is designed to foster a sense of belonging and security, helping residents regain their independence and confidence. By providing a nurturing home, HWRC Trust ensures that every individual under our care can live with dignity and purpose. To date, 15 houses have already been built as part of this initiative.
Distribution of Study Materials
Education is a powerful tool for change, and at HWRC Trust, we are dedicated to ensuring that physically disabled students have access to the resources they need to succeed. Every year, we distribute study materials to students, including textbooks, notebooks, and other essential supplies. This initiative not only supports their academic journey but also alleviates the financial burden on their families. By equipping students with the tools they need to excel, we are investing in their future and paving the way for a brighter tomorrow.
Medical Care
Access to quality healthcare is a fundamental right, and HWRC Trust is committed to providing medical care to physically disabled individuals. Our medical care services include regular health check-ups, specialized treatments, and access to necessary medications. We understand that maintaining good health is crucial for overall well-being, and our team works tirelessly to ensure that our beneficiaries receive the care they need. Whether it’s preventive care or managing chronic conditions, HWRC Trust is here to support the health and wellness of those we serve. Each month, we provide medical care to 50 individuals and offer access to a wide range of assistive devices and mobility aids, including wheelchairs, to enhance their quality of life.
Food Kit Distribution
Good health depends on proper nutrition, yet many people with physical disabilities find it difficult to get enough food. HWRC Trust offers individuals in need frequent access to food supplies through our Food Kit Distribution program. Every kit is thoughtfully put together with necessary necessities to guarantee that recipients enjoy wholesome, well-balanced meals. In addition to providing for immediate hunger, this program gives participants peace of mind by guaranteeing that there will be food on the table. We are making it easier for our beneficiaries to concentrate on other areas of their lives by reducing food insecurity. Every month, we provide 20 households with food kits valued at 2000 rupees.
Marriage for Disabled
We at HWRC Trust think that everyone should have the chance to be loved and cared for. The goal of our Marriage for challenged program is to assist people who are physically challenged in establishing and maintaining formal relationships. We help weddings financially, logistically, and via community involvement to make sure they are happy, respectable occasions. Our conviction in the value of social inclusion and each person’s right to start a family and enjoy married life is demonstrated by this initiative.
